Idea Hub

We have created various categories of relationships. We then listed multiple topics that you can select from to help you organize your video message content. We hope that you find the relationship/topic approach useful. You can always contact us whenever you need further assistance.

Before You Begin

  • Grab a memorable photo of the loved one (spouse/children/grandchildren) you desire to use to create a special video message story.  Most users have found that starting video messages by recording their memory of the story behind the picture has been a great place to begin recording.

  • In addition, one can create a brief outline using topics from the Idea Hub, to help complete a video’s content.  Don’t forget to express your love for them.

  • Turn on your camera and start recording.  When finished, the app allows you to store the video in your personalized Vault, and we will deliver it precisely on time.  It will make a difference for them as you will be “forever” with them.

Step by Step Guide to Get Started

1.

Download Life’s Final Thoughts app. (Avail at Apple and Google stores)

2.

Determine the number of videos you might need for your loved ones (Use our video calculator on website)

3.

Select a picture of each loved one that means something special to both of you. (an 8×10 color copy is useful ) Tell the story behind the picture.

4.

Review Idea Hub for 1, 2 or 3 items that you may want to include within your video story and jot down some thoughts after selecting topics.

5.

If this is the first time for creating a video on the app you will be prompted on how to set up your account. Once the app has been used it will open up to a tab “Create My Video”. After selection the app will next show a tab Add My Video. This is how you start every video creation. NOTE: You must create a title for every video. We suggest you use the loved one’s name for the title.

6.

Check the Recipients area to make sure you have an email address to assign to the video you are about to produce. Suggestion: For grandchildren use the parents email address until the child has their own address and/or have reached an age that you believe is right for them to receive correspondence about each video created for them.

7.

Select Camera (or Gallery if uploading a video already created) and you can start recording. When finished select tab (Save Video). You must have a title to Save Video.

8.

Video will show on your apps as Saved Video. If you need to change it you can review it, make notes and then record a “new” video. If you like the new video, you save it and remove the previous video.
